The day started with the Morning Prayer.The Librarians witnessed the talk by Guest Lecturer Dr.Neeraj Kumar Singh,Librarian,Punjab University's A.C.JoshiLibrary. The topic was "Planning and creation of Digital Libraries.The components,types,planning,creation,implementation and digitization were taken up from the scratch,so that Librarians are clear with the basic terminology.
After Tea the participants witnessed a session on NCPCR and POSCO Act by TA R.K.Upadhyay.The various Acts,Articles and year of enactment were takenup at length by him.
After Lunch all the Librarians were fortunate enough to have a historic visit to the Punjab University's A.C.Joshi Library.
