DAY-10 (25/01/2023)

The day started with a spectacular prayer by Team RRR. A motivational videow was shown by our Resource Person by Sh. Sunil Saini.My reflections from the story was sometimes we follow a group and a part of it.Don't follow blindly.Be mindful as the whole group can go wrong occassionally. The Assistant Course Director Sh.Tek Chand praised the morning assembly and the participants were motivated to do the best in the training course. All the participants were mesmerised by the session og Effective Communication Skills by Ms.Aparna Ray,TA English.Active listening,various types of communication like downwards,upwards,lateral and horizontal communication were taken up with active participation of participants.A game called chinese whisper made to play.Hearing vs Listening was taken up.The need of active listening was taught as it is paramount important to be a sp as a counsellor. After tea we witnessed a talk on Sexual Harass,emt pf women at workplace by Sh Jugal Kishore,A.C.KVS R.O.Chandigarh.The various acts and articles were taken up and year of enactment was told in length.An activity of Drop in reading habits in Teachers - Factors vs Remedies were made to do in groups. Today 9 participants presented their presentations in a befitting manner.All were praised by Resource Persons Sh.Faisal and Sh.Adesh. After Lunch, the participants had a handson session on the updating blogs and completing the assignments.
